Mount Aloysius College provides hands-on learning in a dedicated Cybersecurity lab under the instruction of diverse, highly-trained faculty with years of in-the-field experience.
Our graduates are hired by organizations such as the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Internal Revenue Service, and Booz Allen Hamilton. We partner with organizations such as the Center for International Cyber Intelligence (CI2) where students get a first-hand opportunity to intern and work with experts in the field.
Mount Aloysius College offers an associate’s degree in Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics as well as a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics. Short-term coursework for certification preparation is also available.
What do Cybersecurity and Digital Forensic experts do?
Our networks, devices and digital data are under constant attack. Cybersecurity experts are frontline defenders of an organization’s valuable digital assets. They are hired to test and monitor systems and networks for potential breaches, and are called upon to respond to cyber threats. Digital forensics professionals dissect digital systems to discover how and why systems were breached.

Cybersecurity professionals report an average salary of $116,000, which is nearly three times the national average (Source: National Initiative for Cybersecurity Careers and Studies //niccs.us-cert.gov/cybersecurity, DHS).
